- RLRegina LindJan 20, 20251.0Geek Squad a total bust - went to get my phone screen fixed which I entered as my need when I made the appointment - showed up, took 20 minutes for them to say they couldn't fix it and I had to go to Apple. It would have been great had the been transparent about what they will and will not fix prior to my wasting my time and theirs.
