Bought a TV and was charged to recycle my old one. I believe that should be complimentary since I was buying a new one. Makes me want to dump the next one.

Bought an all in one printer from their online store in November, 2025. After so many tries and much frustration with its operation, I decided to return it to the store and buy one from an alternative manufacturer. A store supervisor assisted me but could not process the return. The product was shipped from their 3 rd party partner, Staples. The store manager was consulted but gave no resolution for the return. They sited their policy for returns is 15 days but their website notes that this is for "most products" but did not explicitly state printers. The supervisor asked me what I thought the return period should be and I did not respond. The store indicated that their "system" would not allow them to process the return from a 3rd party seller and I reminded them that my "contract" was with them only. Further, their web site indicates that they will process the return from 3rd party sellers. At home, I referred to their website which states: "how to return an item purchased from a Marketplace Seller Gather the purchases you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging. Restocking fees, nonreturnable limitations and all other return restrictions apply on returns of Marketplace Products. Return at a store You may return many items shipped to you (non-delivery truck items) purchased from a Marketplace Seller on BestBuy.com at any Best Buy store. For faster return processing, please bring your packing slip (if you received one), or your receipt, and the credit card used to make your purchase. After inspecting the product, Best Buy will handle the refund in the store and will ship the product back to the Marketplace Seller." I then spent almost 2 hours in a "chat" on their website which produced no results though the person was considerate. Conclusion: I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM BEST BUY WITH THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Every time I come into this place to buy Pokemon cards with my daughter there are workers like Mario that hide the cards from me and then buy them for themselves If your ever wondering why you can’t find the high ticket items like prismatic evolutions 151 or ascended heroes the workers here are the reason why On January 23rd around 6pm i came in and your worker Mario literally tried hiding a prismatic evolution collection box when I asked if they had Pokemon. When I told him I seen the box he laughed and told me I was lucky I seen it that he was going to buy them all. I went to my car to open these with my daughter as we waited for our food to finish and Mario came outside and sold his cards to some other people waiting for him outside. On release day of ascended heroes Jan 30 There’s was a worker bragging with Mario how they bought multiple before the store opened and the customers were only able to get one and of course by the time I get to the counter there was none left. Is this how it’s going to be every release with this set? Or any new or rare set? It’s not fair at all to the general public. I came in again on feb3rd around 6 pm and asked if there was Pokemon I was told no and then guess what I see Mario talking to someone with his kid saying he was sending him pictures of what they had so I waited and then Mario brings out a partial shipment of Pokemon after saying he’s been there 4 years and that him and the warehouse guys buy all the new stuff like ascended heroes and prismatic boxes that no one is going to be able to get these. How is this type of behavior allowed at such a big box store like this its absolutely ridiculous. Also How is it that only the workers who are reselling these cards or the people they choose the only ones allowed to get these harder to find cards? This is the exact kind of behavior that is ruining our hobby and should not be tolerated! I came in again a couple of weeks ago to order a prismatic UPC and they ordered 10 boxes for one person in front of me then tried telling me that I wasn’t going to be able to get any. When my daughter expressed how sad this makes her the lady at the counter ordered 3 for me and then another order of 1 as what she called an “exception”. This created havoc because the person behind me wasn’t able to order any and they tried fighting me in the parking lot upset. All for my order to get canceled anyway. This is getting completely out of hand and unbearable at this point. Shame on this location for allowing this from their employees !

Outstanding customer service by the manager! I ordered an Apple Watch, but it arrived with the wrong band. However, the manager here was incredibly sincere and dedicated to fixing the issue. Compared to online support or other locations, the response here was much more proactive and genuinely kind. I really appreciated how they took ownership of the mistake and resolved it quickly.
