I am so impressed with the entirety of your team. Sajana Das helped me get the right price for my computer when I couldn't figure it out. Over the course of several Live chat conversations (I exed out of the chat accidentally like 3x), everything went fantastic. I was fortunate to get assistance from several other team members as I tried to get the name of team members who assisted me. This included Agent Soumik (Geek Squad) and Emma (Best Buy Live Agent). Every single representative was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and charming. They all went above and beyond with my requests. Please take the time to recognize these representatives, they offer exceptional customer service. If I could, I would poach them to my company!

Idiots thought i wouldnt look. Then i go and show them they were in stock then they tried saying the order was still processing on their end. Why lie? Then they closed an hour before closing time at 8pm
