    Came in with an issue of losing contacts and the guy just blamed it on Gmail even though some of the lost contacts had nothing to do with any Gmail accounts. Then said maybe it's an iCloud issue, and he couldn't help with that. This is the first time I have had anything but a great experience at an Apple Store.

    Two sales representatives told me independently that I won’t be able to pair my apply watch series 3 to an iPhone 17 with an encouragement to get new watch as well. I’m glad I searched for the info which suggested that they pair with no issues. Now I can confirm that they pair easily if you just migrate your old iPhone setup to the new one, in my case iOS 15 to iOS 26. The confidence with wich they told me the pairing is impossible is quite disturbing tbh.

    Still emotionally distraught after an employee told me my dead dog (whom in which we had just had to put down) cracked my screen even though I came in to have the SAME issue (laptop crashing , blacking out then reappearing cracked) repaired LESS than a week prior.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Apple Store, specifically with how the manager handled my issue. Three days ago, I updated my iPhone 13 to the latest iOS. Immediately after the update, my phone stopped functioning properly — before that, it was working 100% fine with zero issues. I came to the store looking for help and a clear explanation. Instead, the manager was dismissive and unwilling to seriously consider that the software update could be related. I was told it was “hardware” without any real explanation, and then quickly reminded that my phone is no longer under warranty — as if that ended the conversation. What made this worse was the attitude. I didn’t feel listened to, and it felt like my concern was brushed off rather than investigated. Even if the final answer had been the same, a little empathy and professionalism would have gone a long way. I expect better customer care from Apple, especially when an issue starts immediately after an official software update. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and without real support. The manager in Charge was Fernando or fhernado… not only he didn’t no weather to stick to iPhone not being on the warranty or blaming the hardware… his incompetence and way of doings are certainly not what apple stands for…i will sue apple and pay 5000 dollars to a lawyer just to prove that i am not at fault or the iPhone its self rather the update that happened 3 days ago… i really wonder how he became a manager after this visit extremely terrible and awful service provided by him. My name Vasile ciuciu i am writing this review from my wifes phone as i do not have a phone anymore due to that update i did 3 days ago… thank you apple for your support..
