Miles was so helpful and very attentive! Helped me so much and made the transition from an old phone to a new one seamless. Only reason for 4 stars is because I believe there could be more staff at the genius bar. Wait times were ridiculous and they were all working hard to get people assisted.

I went for my scheduled appointment for a battery replacement at 1245p but wasn’t greeted and checked in until 1p. Waited another 10 minutes to speak to a young lady who proceeded to only try to sell me a new phone. I told her multiple times I wasn’t interested but she persisted. When she finally took No for an answer, she said a battery replacement would only be a temporary fix. I spent 30 minutes there and left without getting it fixed.

Had quite a few people help me today with signing into my locked account. All were so wonderful and doing whatever they could to help fix the issue. Brie really went above and beyond to do whatever she could. Shout out to the entire team! They were all great.

I purchased a Belkin screen protector at an Apple Store. Due to the technician's subpar application skills, a long gap appeared along the left edge of the film. In my past experiences, visiting the store would result in a courtesy replacement and reapplication of a new screen protector. Therefore, I went to the nearest store, which turned out to be the Scottsdale location.
I must say that the service quality among Apple Stores is highly inconsistent. Some well-managed stores use efficient queuing and clear guidance to ensure good service even when all staff are busy. The Scottsdale store was the clear opposite: there was no greeter and no clear guidance.
Upon entering, I saw an employee, let's call him "A," applying a screen protector for another customer, so I politely inquired about the process for replacing my defective screen protector. I understood that he was busy, so I walked around, but I couldn't find any other available staff to help me or talk to. I returned to Employee A, who was still working, and he told me that I couldn't get a direct replacement and that I needed to apply for one through the Belkin website myself.
I understood that the warranty process might have changed. After he finished serving the first customer, he came over, took my phone, and used the cloth in his hand to try to press down the screen protector's edge. He then declared that it was fixed. I explained that I had done the exact same thing at home, but the gap reappeared the next day. He simply insisted, "It won't, it's fixed now."
Considering that the price of products and accessories purchased within the Apple Store is not cheap, I believe I should have received better service and treatment. I feel that Apple is becoming boring and uninspired, and when their products trend this way, the associated services are inevitably affected. I regret the experience I had at this location.
