The technicians are always running late, which is neither efficient nor pleasant. In California, Florida, Europe, and other places, service is much more efficient, and they respect your time. If I had better options, I would never come here. I can never solve any issues. I always have to ship your device and come back. I don't know what it is, but this is really bad. The other Apple Store is worse.

I had a rare case but like the pro she is she got the job done! Thanks Gabby, you are such a gift. 💝 An honorable mention to the high energy manager as well. I can’t recall her name but her energy was contagious. She kept checking on me and let me know about Apple’s business services. She had beautiful sage/ mint green eyes and mentioned she had a daughter. Thanks to you as well. Apologies for not being able to remember your name.
