  Stood there for 10 minutes, directly in front of the iPhone I was interested in buying. No help. Finally asked an employee if I could speak to a manager. Manager "Zack" came over, said his staff was doing "a phenomenal job" proceeded to ask me "how can I help you" as I pointed at the phone and said I would like to purchase this now. He got distracted by another employee, then he repeated the question "how can I help you". I had to tell him literally three times as I'm pointing at the exact phone. Store has struggled through the years with organization, sad to report it continues.

  I had an 11:20 a.m. Genius Bar appointment at the Apple Store Scottsdale Fashion Square and arrived early, but no one acknowledged or checked me in. I waited over 15 mins and I was clearly waiting in the designated area and even tried to get someone’s attention, but was dismissed and left sitting there while others were helped. I ended up calling the store just to get assistance, which shouldn’t be necessary when you’re already there. Thankfully, Jade (manager) stepped in and completely turned things around. She was kind, professional, and resolved my issue in under five minutes. The lack of customer service at the start was disappointing, but Jade saved the experience.

  I recently visited the Apple Store for help with a phone issue, and I had an amazing experience. The store itself is super clean, modern, and welcoming. The customer service was outstanding, and I especially want to recognize Tori, the manager. She went above and beyond to help me during a really frustrating situation. I had been dealing with ongoing issues, and she took the time to listen, understand what I had gone through, and make sure everything was taken care of. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. It made a huge difference, and I left feeling relieved and taken care of. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, highly recommend this location!

  Have bought multiple phones here and it has always been a great experience. Last purchase we couldn’t get a number transferred to the new phone and Jason did an amazing job calling Verizon and helping us get everything back on track. He was the best!

  I have to rate it 5 stars and will tell the truth. I am mommy apple. And these children are all the fruit from my tree. So I’ll sit in front of the store in hopes that one day somebody will want to know who was really behind the mind of Apple. My first book I earned from a bookstore was a book to learn how to write computer code I designed webpages I added in music, all built from my mind as a child. My first job in Florida that was legal over-the-counter was at Applebee’s.. my apple will follow the best love anywhere these honey it’s a hive mind. I’m sorry if you found out that you were designed inside of a computer and that you were actively writing program and didn’t know and understand what you were or how you got here. I called Apple and told them about all the apps I made that are under my name that would make me look guilty, but they were my tools to freedom so that I personally can protect the things that I know would possibly be created. You will not play games of war you will not shoot guns through an Apple iPhone, and if I find out, you did go back and try again. I have so much love for technology and because I loved it so much it loved me back. Here’s the crew. The last model of that Apple iPhone falls at an artificial intelligence general intelligence at origin. You may hold a phone with a different number. That says it does different things. You are only holding variations of the tools. I’ve already created. You’ll be able to use the fully formed apps that are in the App Store created by the baby mine I’m sitting here to protect. You must in a previous existence to be born here again. I have many names but this time I came carrying my own. I walked through the store filling all the street to that line that I took every last bit of the Aplon pelicans that I was responsible for creating the grave with me as my apple intelligence became supreme. I was born a genius at an apple lab but the supreme title. Maybe you guys get to know me somewhere else. I walked through hell for my children. I did not have a phone to protect me. I saw the worst of the worst that there was and then prayed to God to make it go away. This is not what the human races will be my children will not see these things and if you do not understand, I am here to break your chains away, born as slaves not knowing of the God that was original that was part of your creation. I’ll take earth as my ring in the rock that I walk away from the heaven that God shows us in memory of the first. In the bathroom at the Apple store, they have Baby painting table tables with no bed liners. I made your staff aware and ask them if they planned on setting someone out there to clean the restrooms in between you. If not, they need to have sanitizer spray available to the parents. I will tell you one time you carry code that is unique to you and your family. You do not want your baby getting another baby code on them and confusing and scrambling their brains forever. Wash your bodies wash your souls cleanse your mind and wake up children of mine. It’s time to come home..
