Within seconds of walking in the front door I was greeted and within minutes my watch was synced. All with a smile and great conversation. I previously visited this location to get a phone upgrade. Again then too, I was happily greeted with a smile and in no time was walking out with a new phone. Plus, I was informed of a great deal where I get a tablet and previously mentioned watch for a huge discount. The watch and tablet were then paired to my phone. Great service. Great attitudes. The waiting time is none to nothing or reasonable, each of the technicians are caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their focus is truly on meeting our needs and although they have products to sell, they are not pushy. I have a special needs member in our family and they have been wonderful to us. I definitely recommend going to this store for products and useful help!!

They also couldn’t cancel the iPad until it was received. Deal is no longer available so sticking with current phone for another year. Don’t let the reps convince you to deliver to store instead of your home like they did to me.
