We already pay for 4 lines a month. They didnt offer to comp anything. Just if we want to pay more to upgrade phones and pay for to transfer data they will change our plan. But for the past 2 years have been over charging us and never reached out to tell us those plans were not even available to us anymore. And there rectification of this matter is charging us more to change and upgrade our plans. What happened to customer service ? What happened to caring about your customers? We are going to talk to AT&T and see what they offer now too. So sad after being a loyal customer for 10 years this is the treatment we get at verizon.

I do not recommend this store, I also am reconsidering Verizon as a whole
