I never had. Every time I call I get drama and lot of runaround. And no one can help, or tell me why I keep getting billed. They keep asking for pins that don't exist.It's been a nightmare, and i've have spoken with multiple supervisors who lie and say its resolved and I will not get anymore bills. Yet I keep getting bill every month for a service I never had.. I called again today and they keep telling me now I have to go to the store. So they can override the pin which I don't have which I never had. This is ridiculous, is terrible, terrible customer service .Terrible terrible company. Shame on Verizon for charging for service that was never corrected. I have wasted so much time on the phone. Going to the stores talking to supervisors. Customer service people an absolutely no result .A bunch of lies and another bill for the same amount.
