    I went into this location today because customer service instructed me to return my phone here for an upgrade. Instead of receiving help, I was met by a hostile assistant manager who escalated the situation almost immediately. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially because I had my 4-year-old daughter with me. The tone, body language, and overall treatment came across as dismissive and disrespectful. It genuinely felt like I was being treated differently. I left feeling upset and disappointed. No customer should feel unwelcome or judged when simply following directions given by the company’s own customer service. I will not be returning to this location. If others have experienced something similar, I encourage you to speak up. Respect and professionalism should be standard for everyone.

    Ok so I walked into this Verizon store worried,scared and praying they would help me. I had called Verizon customer service numerous times trying to resolve my issue without any success. The night before I didn’t sleep well i had panic attacks and just worried about the situation I was in . I had a bill for almost $3,000.00 that I was not going to be able to pay and I could already see my self with my credit ruined. RJ this gentleman helped me fix this mess I was in. He's very knowledgeable he knew exactly what he was going to do to help me. He was on the phone for more than 3 hours with customer service always focused , multitasking between tablets, phones and customer service. I am beyond grateful with this gentleman. He fixed my problem and did everything he could to get me discounts applied.From the bottom of my heart thank you R.J. God bless you🙏

    From the moment I contacted the VERIZON store in Queen Creek, Zach H., was very helpful and listened to my frustrating re: my phone. When I arrived at the Verizon store his professionalism & his very caring attitude was able to help with my problem! Zach is the reason I will continue with Verizon! Thank You Zach for your help!
