- MBMi B4 days ago1.0I visited the store today and upon arrival, was the third person in line waiting for service. I ended up waiting for OVER an hour and a half. As if that wasn’t bad enough, there is no where to sit while you’re waiting. The ONE bench in the store was taken. The only options were to stand or to sit on the floor. What a disgusting experience I had at this store. By the time I left, I had spent over two hours there. All I came in to do was purchase a device, left questioning whether I should continue being a Verizon customer. Terrible terrible experience at the store. As I read reviews for this store, seems like a horridly long wait with no seating is the norm for this location. Seems like the owner is focused more on profit than staffing the appropriate team during busy times. If everyone is complaining about the wait, schedule more staff. Nothing has been done about this complaints for months or longer. How awful.

However, one salesman was pushing the iPhone pretty hard, with nothing positive to say about Android. He was saying things that weren't true, such as the folding phones weren't durable or couldnt perform. I have a folding phone, the same one for two years and going strong. No issues with the hinge and performs better than any Apple product I've used. It's an Android (surprise!) I even dropped it in the store and had no issue. Nothing worse than a pushy salesman. The salesman who served us was amazing! Thanks Chase!
