- GGGeoffnDawnMar 21, 20265.0I updated our home theater with a new TV. Had some intermittent, high level technical problems getting all the components to talk to each other. It took three visits before Skylar figured it out but he took ownership of the problem until it was resolved. A very professional young man. While the Geek Squad fees may be high, it's cheaper than treating myself for hair loss! 😳

I come into my appointment to be told it'll take 3 days for them to make a 20 minute installation. Even after making an appointment I was put to the "back of the queue." I made it known it was my work computer when making the appointment and this was the result. Insanity.

They have been accommodating, knowledgeable and very pleasant staff members to work with as they explain the situation. Up front and some humor too at times. Thanks guys, luv you.
