  When to get the display on mac book fixed was told i couldn’t ship it that day and to come back another day, came back paid 85.95 to ship my mac book and get it fixed. was told it would take a couple weeks and it took more than a month. when i went to pick up the laptop they had not even fixed it. told me i declined the services saying i probably didn’t answer the calls. i had received no calls, texts, or emails from them. The first agent paige was helpful and nice but the guy i picked up from was rude. Basically paid to send my broken mac book a month vacation

  Absolutely awful experience. I made an appointment for a quick ram installation last week. I come into my appointment to be told it'll take 3 days for them to make a 20 minute installation. Even after making an appointment I was put to the "back of the queue." I made it known it was my work computer when making the appointment and this was the result. Insanity.

  The Geek Squad has been a savior of my laptop and iPad equipment for many years. Started in Texas and came in Arizona too. Both locations have been wonderful. They have been accommodating, knowledgeable and very pleasant staff members to work with as they explain the situation. Up front and some humor too at times. Thanks guys, luv you.
