- AAangie athelliAug 30, 20251.0When to get the display on mac book fixed was told i couldn’t ship it that day and to come back another day, came back paid 85.95 to ship my mac book and get it fixed. was told it would take a couple weeks and it took more than a month. when i went to pick up the laptop they had not even fixed it. told me i declined the services saying i probably didn’t answer the calls. i had received no calls, texts, or emails from them. The first agent paige was helpful and nice but the guy i picked up from was rude. Basically paid to send my broken mac book a month vacation
