  I was interested in a new Samsung tablet and after looking online, Best Buy had the best price. I was greeted nicely when I walked in and shown the way to the Samsung display. Another gentleman assisted me with all my questions and the checkout process was easy and quick.

  Excellent, excellent help and customer service by Max of the Geek Squad, as well as Bobby and Jayden. I went in on a Sunday night at 6:40 to seek help with my older laptop. Max was able to give me answers and advice. He was super knowledgeable and speaking way over my head in "tech speak", but he was able to "dumb it down" for me when I asked so that I could understand! ;) After much discussion and weighing my options, I decided to purchase a new laptop. Max and Jayden helped me find one that was reasonable and where I got the most bang for my buck. Then Max helped me set it up. It was the end of day, end of week for them, but they never seemed impatient or in a rush. Max was especially helpful in getting it all done while I was there and we finished right before closing time. It should be noted that I live in Scottsdale currently, not Prescott, and though the Best Buy excursion was not the reason I was in town, I purposely went to the Prescott location because I had received good customer service there in the past and it is an easier, more seamless experience in Prescott rather than in the valley. Kudos and thank you to Max, Jayden, Bobby and the Prescott Best Buy crew. Keep up the good work! Brigette

  Lynsay at the Best Buy in Prescott went out of her way today to help me track/ find and recover my phone. She made herself available to go out to where the iphone was pinging to .. on the side of the road along the 89 (because I was the dummy who left it on top of my vehicle). Thank you soooo much Lynsay.. your help is very much appreciated..!!!!!! :)

  Bobby and Daniel tonight were super helpful helping me find a tv that I needed and also the safety needs of proper transportation for the larger size tvs thank you! 10/10 stars

  There's this loud fan they have by the registers and I don't know if I'm the only person who get this way but it emits a sound that makes me sick it hurts my ears it's loud and it just causes my stomach to turn. Customer service is ok. Usually clean. I go there for car speakers, TV mounts ECT . But not often so that's good!
