  What a great experience my wife and I had walked in the door we were greeted by a manager immediately they were pretty busy at the time so we had to wait just a little while was to be expected once an associate freed up we end up working with a guy by the name of Jacob who was absolutely amazing front to back so amazing that we bought him dinner Ron the manager checked in continually with us kept good supervision of the store at the same time and was absolutely helpful in every way he could be for us including staying late to try to get the whole thing completed unfortunately my old cell phone company refused to let us transfer number so we have to call them and at this time we were already an hour past their closing so they nice they ask us if we could come back for an appointment on Thursday they made it very convenient they worked with our timing I couldn't say enough great things not to mention that I left two other companies such as AT&t and T-Mobile and I got phones and internet for $70 less than I was paying for that I'm super happy thank you very much

  They will put ghost charges upon you charging for services you don't use they won't disconnect your service and keep charging you two months after you quit using it know this place is a piece of junk stay away from the store and the company

  I needed to see if my pixel watch was not charging because of the watch or the charger. Got signed in to the que by the front sales associate. Waited approximately an hour. Asked how much longer and I was never added to the que. Then another 20 minutes a sales associate comes up and after telling him my issue and he fiddling around the store looking at charges he tells me that they have no charges for a pixel watch to test the watch. They sell the watch and phone but don't keep, obviously, any attachments to the product.They were perfectly willing to sell me another pixel watch. All of this could have been told to me the first few moments of walking in the door and knowing your inventory. Human error is one thing and it happens but if you sell a product then you better sell the attachments to it or why wouldn't everyone just buy online and use online tech support, what exactly is the reason for your existence just car salesman there to sell the product not to really be of assistance.

  My friend ‘s phone was infested with malware and viruses. We went to the Corporate Verizon Store off HWY 69 by Home Depot and walked in feeling hopeless and then we met Taylor Olney-Zasadil!!!! Taylor was highly knowledgeable and skilled at removing malware and viruses!! He got her phone cleaned up in 15 minutes! We went in knowing she was due for an upgrade so Taylor assisted her with picking out the perfect (easiest transition) phone for her! I highly recommend Verizon off Highway 69 especially if Taylor is working!!
