What an awful place. Rob, the manager, can't manage his feet. He walks around and talks too much. He straightens displays. He doesn't help people. He greets people and puts them on the wait list.
Jacob took my order for a new phone This took 3 hours because he was obviously poorly trained by Rob. Of course the store did not have my phone in stock, (Their newest model!) So it had to be shipped.
Then UPS could not deliver it because Jacob input the wrong information after we repeatedly gave it to him. A simple phone purchase took almost 3 hours. BTW, Rob said it would arrive in 2 days via FedEx. Really, they don't even know how their phones are shipped! (UPS.)
UPS referred us back to Verizon, so we called the same Verizon store where we purchased the phone and were immediately rerouted to a useless person in India or Pakistan. This seems to be the only store that always forwards ALL calls.
Now we are sitting at this absurd store, waiting and waiting. We have been here for 3 hours. Many customers gave up and left. The store is suppose to close now. What next!?!? We can't wait to hear the excuses.
Don't come to this shop of clowns. Just dont!!

I wish I could do a minus 1….what has happened to our customer service Verizon…. Every time I go into that store the bald headed greeter just can’t do anything at that corporate level. I mean not even the easy stuff. Without even looking into it he says we can’t do that here. Frustrating. As big as Verizon is and as much money that they are making you can’t tell me he is the cream of the crop. First impressions into the store are not good. I’m sure there are good people in that store but I can’t get to them. I guess all they do is Sell!Sell!

I just want to give a shout out to Marianna. I just went in with my parents to upgrade their phones and transfer my line. She was so help and patient with us. She gave us all our options, and seamlessly got everything done in a very timely manner which hasn’t always been my experience in the past. There was a little bit of a wait so just a little recommendation to make an appointment before going in if you can.

Looks like it might be time for the sweaty, bald bearded guy to be let go. He constantly tells me incorrect information before even signing me in to speak to an actual employee who knows what they are doing. Last time I was there, he had food all over his face. The rest of the employees are amazing considering but I dread walking in here because of the bald greeter.
