Because Verizon’s stores work on commission; they literally charge online Verizon customers for everything; from returns, account lookups, activation and etc. The charges are almost always $50.00. And if you refuse to pay them; they literally will show you the door. I don’t see how this criminal enterprise is even allowed to be in business,
