My two puppies contracted parvo they were seen here at this clinic. I can't tell you how extremely helpful friendly The entire staff was I don't think my dogs would have survived without this hospital working with me. I was trying to make 2 dogs better and they worked with me. They helped me. They didn't turn me away and say good luck. They did everything in their power to help me make sure that I could get the care that I could afford. And get these puppies better. They would not have survived without them.I truly appreciate everything that they did for our puppies and our family.

They used to have good service and they seemed to care but today, we were sorely disappointed by our experience with a vet tech named, Tam, and other staff. Tam was incredibly unprofessional and rough with our animal. When she was called out for her unprofessional behavior, she accused our dog of trying to bite her at a previous appointment. I later learned from my husband, who had taken our dog in earlier in the week, they had mentioned nothing about an alleged bite - only that our small, high-strung little dog kept pulling her paw away when they attempted to draw blood. I will not be back to VCA. I will be taking my animals to a practice that is more professional, compassionate, and caring. If you care about your pets, you should do the same.
