  I went in to pick up my new replacement phone. The guy who helped me was kind of rushing me and the new phone was taking time to come on. So he erased my backed up info on the new phone. I knew that was the wrong move! This was after my old phone was already deleted as well. He said it wouldn't be a problem , but it definitely is. Now I've been locked out of my phone for a couple of days. He should have never erased my back up. I have to wait 5 days to be able to possibly recover my account. I use my phone for work and this has been extremely frustrating. I don't have any contacts or my apps. I will never go here again.

  What’s the point of setting up appointments if anyone can walk in and you get turned away because “walk-ins need to be taken care of too”

  Terrible phone call customer service. Had me wait on hold for 15 minutes, then answered and told me to hold for another 5 mins, and then came back on the line just to tell me that they could not help with what I needed help with.
