Lizzy was fantastic with our service, she stayed way after closing time to help us and our family out with switching from T-mobile to Verizon and even got us all new phones and accessories at the best deal possible with extra credits towards our bills, the District Manager was also extremely helpful by giving us deals throughout the night, best service I’ve had nearly anywhere

I recently had a really frustrating situation where I had to get an entirely new phone number after a Best Buy employee made a huge mistake on my phone plan.
Lizzy went above and beyond to help me. She spent 5+ hours working with me, trying every possible workaround and thinking through every loophole to get the issue resolved. What stood out the most was that she genuinely cared about helping, not just closing a ticket or passing me along. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and used great critical thinking to troubleshoot a complicated problem.
Customer service like this is rare, and I’m really grateful for the time and effort she put in to help me! Verizon is lucky to have her.

Of course I knew this would take some time to take care of my complex issue of buying 2 new phones, switching 4 lines to our business plan and setting my business up with internet. Esmi did it all while training two people who will end up being the best in their trade. I have NEVER been so satisfied and excited about getting a new phone. I can't thank Esmi and her team enough. I went to the Verizon store simply to buy a new screen protector and quite honestly had intentions of switching services from Verizon to another carrier after being a loyal
Verizon customer of over 25 years, it was killing me. I'm so happy that Esmi invested the time into me and my concerns and in return I ended up spending a lot of money, happily, and leaving the store STILL a happy Verizon customer. I am so happy to still be a part of the Verizon family. Thank you again, Esmi and team.

I've been a customer of Verizon for over 5 years and this store is exactly why! I upgraded my phone after 4 years and Kyle made it such an easy process. He was great at explaining the set up of the new phone and provided me his contact information if I had any issues. I've had almost every phone service company, but Verizon is #1 on my list.
