The lady with the pink hair completely messed up my account without letting me know, which is very frustrating as this is money I pay every month. I will be getting this fixed at a different location. Yadhira had an attitude the whole time and was very short with me while she was “assisting” me. Why be in this business when you can’t even have a smile on your face. This is frustrating as I have been a verizon customer for over 20 years.

She still has the audacity to speak to me about respect when she did not respect my time when I was in their store porting 2 lines from another carrier. I wasted my entire morning fixing her mess through their Verizon corporate number. Not even our first month with Verizon and the first experience has taken place. I will not mention names, but I hope they get to fix their way of working with their customers.
