I was given the wrong phone and because I opened it they charged me $50 restock fee. Seriously Verizon!! I bring this business from a competitor and this is how you treat your clients!!?! Extremely disappointed in what was originally a great experience. Later I worked with Tyler and he was great. So, the people at that store are wonderful but the company policy not so much.

Then I went back, realizing that "we cannot fix" is unacceptable. The assistant manager then comes out, says, of course they will try to fix, and they gave me telephone number to the tech support line. AFTER I factory reset the phone, and now spending 5 hours getting everything back that I need for work, without bringing back whatever the setting was that caused the ringing. I had do do it all manually, to prevent the problem from returning. 5 hours of my life, when they should have told me to contact tech support before I reset, not "we cannot fix this"...

I assume the snub was that we had bought the phone elsewhere but essentially the associate blew me off, disgruntedly showed us to transfer data to the new phone and when I asked about changing plans he said I should download My Verizon. That is HORRIBLE customer service. As a result they have lost a long term customer and my dad is moving to puretalk. There are lots of competitors out there and when you treat your customers so terribly don’t be surprised when they leave
