I’ve been with Verizon for over five years and I feel like they don’t care about my service about my bill changing in prices were my Family plan. It gets more frustrating the longer. I’m with them. I finally left, and they’re making a challenging to leave. They don’t care about you as a customer and they don’t care about trying to win you back.
