An employee flat out lied about price and payment in order to add another line on my account so he could get commission for the new line.
I hope this gets to the highest person involved in this store. I had lost my phone and needed to have it replaced. I was told I did not have insurance on the device and in order to get a new phone, I would have to pay the remaining $700 balance which I did. Instead of being able to purchase a new phone like normal on the same plan I had received a iPhone 17 Pro Max and the sales person told me that the best discount comes with adding a line to the account. A bogus line. It’s a better deal that what you had on your account already..when I questioned this, he said you don’t need to use the line, it just needs to be active on the account that way I get a discount He literally gave me a SIM card for a random apparent phone and phone line. fast forward.. I received no information from the sales person about the billing no paper no signature going over anything regarding the new charges. The only thing he said was it’s the cheapest and the closest to your $150.04 dollar payment that you have right now. I left the retailer without even having the phone turned on because the iCloud backup needed Wi-Fi which happened when I was home . a week later the new bill pops up and it is $150 more than normal. There is activation fees for the line $40 a month for the new line and they knocked off my $25 military discount and jump my new payment up to $300 a month when I question this and called Verizon customer service they were appalled with what happened and when I showed up to a corporate store, they flat out told me it was because the guy want to commission on a line. They could’ve simply just had added the new phone to my existing phone number and just had the monthly payment for the phone and the insurance. please for the love of God don’t ever go to this retailer. I will be filing a better business report and documented the recorded conversations with the parties. This loophole for your sales guy needs to be fixed immediately because I’m sure there are more than one person in that retailer that has gotten the same treatment

Big props so Emily! I was having trouble connecting my mom’s new phone to her new line and she gladly helped out a faithful customer of 15 years. She took her time and made sure everything was logged in and had me leave a happy customer. I’ll be back to this store every time and ask for her. Thanks Emaily

Ian was extremely helpful. He was able to troubleshoot the share location issue we were having with our iPhone. He was patient and attentive. He went above and beyond. We’re have been Verizon customers for a long time and we are certainly happy with the customer service at this store.

I've been into multiple Verizon stores, every single Verizon is absolutely horrible. I've never had a good experience. This store was actually different. I had two really nice people help me out. I was not able to get exactly what I needed, but they were extremely nice, and they worked very hard to get me a very, very large step of the way to where I needed to be. Especially considering I was the one who dropped my phone in an Uber.
I was completely ignored by the Verizon rep who sold me my phone and got all of the commission off of that, I feel terrible because he completely ignored me. Thankfully, I knew what I wanted and I had to wait almost 2 years until Verizon had what I wanted in stock. I wished these employees could get credit for being fantastic, despite me not needing to buy anything. I'm not sure who manages the store, but I think they're doing a good job. Every customer in the store genuinely seemed to have concerns properly addressed. I did make an appointment for this visit, but the staff was so good, I was out the door before my appointment time started. If I had met the staff at the happy valley location, I would have bought my phone here.
If you're going to buy a phone or set up a plan with Verizon, I would recommend this location. Again, unfortunately, I did not need a device or to change my service I just needed help with my lost phone. If you chose Verizon customer service at the other stores, May the odds be ever in your favor.
