Went in to this location to just get a copy of my final bill as I transferred out 2 of 3 lines from Verizon to another carrier.
I’ve been trying to get this for a week now and I can’t get verified through chat or phone to even speak to anyone either. Even going in to the store, they were not able to get me just the bill.
I can’t say how frustrating this is! And I was told my account was sold off to collections already after 1 week! Ridiculous!!!
I talked to other people at other phone stores and companies and they told me that is not okay and not correct. I just want this fixed and just get my bill!! So glad I switched out from Verizon. Never again!!

My fiancé and I recently switched to Verizon back in June. We joined an account with my parents who have been Verizon customers for over 20 years. I went to this location and everything went pretty smoothly and they told me because I was a new customer, my activation fee would be waived. Extremely happy with my new phone plan, we added my fiancé to the phone plan as well. They again told us the activation fee would be waived. My mother updated her phone and because she wasn’t a new member, she paid the activation fee on the spot. The problem now is that my activation fee and my fiancés activation fee still have not been waived. I have been to this location multiple times and my father has contacted Verizon multiple times and they keep telling us they’re going to remove the activation fees. Every month, we pay the phone bill, but we don’t pay the activation fees because we’ve been promised by 10 different Verizon people that they’re going to take it off and they don’t. They turn our phones off and then give us another reactivation fee. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I live on the other side of town and I’ve had to drive to this location multiple times and I get gaslighted every time I walk through the door. My fiancé wants to leave Verizon because he needs his phone for work. We’re all upset because this should have been taken care of 5 months ago. If a company promises that new members get free activations, then they need to hold up their end of the deal.

I came into the store 10/1/25 to upgrade my phone. I upgraded to the iPhone 17 Max Pro…or so I thought. I have a business account and got a series of emails during the visit about my order. The guy took my card for the payment, went in the back to run it, came out and all good to go right?! He tells me they have the 1T phones just sitting around so I will probably get it sooner. Several days go by, no phone, no emails, and when I track it says the system is having issues. Log in to my account to try another way and come to find there’s no orders, no upgrades, even after following the instructions to find the order in the email I received, and not sure what he took my card for but he definitely brought it in the back for payment and furthermore if I had to approve my own phone purchase for MY business I am not sure why that wasn’t mentioned and even after “approving” it my order doesn’t exist. Trash service for a business especially considering I was going to add multiple lines in the coming months.

I stepped into this location to inquire about my bill. I was then upsold to a plan that promised to lower my bill as well as provide me with new phones for the lines on my plan .Instead of my bill being lowered it has now increased up to above $600. When I go back to inquire of why my bill has increased I speak to Christian who had sold me on this plan. Christian then goes ahead and swears that he will get this fixed. I go ahead and pay it that month hoping that Christian had fixed my bill for the next month which was roughly $250. I receive my second bill and it was over $550. I go back to the store and ask him once again why am I still receiving an outrageous bill. Christian then speaks to the manager and states we’ll fix this. For the second time I was told this and was told to remove myself off autopay while they got it fixed. 3 weeks had passed and I received no call from Christian or the manager. I go ahead and call customer service and ask what is going on with my bill. The account manager goes ahead and explains to me that Christian not only upsold me on a plan but it would never be as low as he had promised and that they couldn’t do much because I signed up for this. I recommend going elsewhere unless you want to deal with crooks. Christian was just out to get his commission and didn’t care to scam people to do so. I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years and you would think they would treat their customers better . I would avoid this store at all costs.

Walked in to get a watch replaced that I had lost and was talked into a unbelievable deal for just an additional 10$ a month i could get a new watch and a new phone and keep my old phone and even get a line added to my old phone. Sure sounds good but are you sure it will only be 10$. "I guarantee you only ten bucks extra and if there are any problems you can call me and I will take care of it". We'll bill came in and it's over 100 dollars more then last bill. Tried to call and got India. Would really like to call and talk to the one that promised the "deal".
