From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like an inconvenience. Staff members act uninterested, unmotivated, and completely detached, as if helping customers is optional. Questions are either ignored, rushed through, or answered with attitude. No urgency. No accountability. No professionalism. Customer service here is basically nonexistent. If you need real help, explanations, or someone who actually cares about solving a problem, you will not find it at this location. It feels disorganized, poorly managed, and indifferent to customers who are paying premium prices for Verizon service. This store does a serious disservice to the Verizon brand. I’d recommend driving to any other location or handling your business online—because coming here is a complete waste of time and energy.

I have had nothing, but stress and aggravation since I tried to switch back to them in October. I HATE, HATE, HATE, this company right now. And, hate is not a word I believe in using in my vocabulary. So, that's just how pissed off I am. I'm sick of them and just want to be finished and done with this company charging me for services I never received. And, while I have been in touch with their corporate office trying to resolve these issues. I will be glad when I never have to say Verizon out my mouth again. I deserve compensation for what I have had to go through as a result of their employees incompetence at the store on 24th Street and Baseline in Phoenix.
