I have had nothing, but stress and aggravation since I tried to switch back to them in October. I HATE, HATE, HATE, this company right now. And, hate is not a word I believe in using in my vocabulary. So, that's just how pissed off I am. I'm sick of them and just want to be finished and done with this company charging me for services I never received. And, while I have been in touch with their corporate office trying to resolve these issues. I will be glad when I never have to say Verizon out my mouth again. I deserve compensation for what I have had to go through as a result of their employees incompetence at the store on 24th Street and Baseline in Phoenix.

My daughter's Iphone was acting weird, screen flashing, going in and out, blank screen then it would look like it was fine, but kept going through these cycles. She went in and explained to Miguel what was going on. He told her she could pay off the current contract or buy a new phone outright or use one of my possible upgrades on my account, since we've had the phone longer than a year. There wasn't anything they could do, we should've bought insurance. And also, that we COULD go to Apple to have them fix it, nothing else he could do, ONLY options. After I got on the phone with this guy, I asked, what was the EXACT purchase date, he says he wasn't sure, he was going to check (????) THEN mentioned in June of 2024, "over a year" he said... Again, I asked what day? He FINALLY says June 30th of 2024!!!! EXCUSE that's LESS than a year... He FINALLY explains to my daughter that he NEVER EVEN LOOKED IT UP. She ALMOST paid $1200 for a new phone, because of his incompetence!! Thank God I asked him for my purchase date. BUYER BEWARE!! I'm definitely going to TRY calling the manager. They probably won't care, because this attitude usually starts at management. There's no customer service anymore!!
