I have had nothing, but stress and aggravation since I tried to switch back to them in October. I HATE, HATE, HATE, this company right now. And, hate is not a word I believe in using in my vocabulary. So, that's just how pissed off I am. I'm sick of them and just want to be finished and done with this company charging me for services I never received. And, while I have been in touch with their corporate office trying to resolve these issues. I will be glad when I never have to say Verizon out my mouth again. I deserve compensation for what I have had to go through as a result of their employees incompetence at the store on 24th Street and Baseline in Phoenix.

She did everything she could to help me, and in the end, I walked out with a brand new iPhone 14 that cost me $0 out-of-pocket. What a deal!!! Thanks Verizon!!!
