  Brianna at 19th ave and southern is simply AMAZING! It was busy in the store and her customer service skills were perfect. She greeted everyone and took care of everyone in a timely manner. She never showed She was stressed out or bothered. She maintained a positive attitude and remained professional.

  I just switched from Metro PCS to Total Wireless, and let me tell you… I think Mariana might be a magician. I walked in expecting the usual headache, and instead I walked out with three brand-new phones AND a bill that’s lower than it has ever been in my entire life. I’m still checking my receipt like, “Is this real?” 😂 Mariana handled everything with personal, honest, and straight-to-the-point communication. No nonsense, no confusion—just good vibes and great customer service. She talked to me like a real person, not a robot reading a script, and I appreciate that more than she knows. If you want to save money, avoid stress, and walk out feeling like you just pulled off the deal of the year, go see Mariana. She deserves ALL the stars. ⭐️ I’ll be back to update this review later on to let everyone know how the service holds up—so stay tuned!
