  Great experience!! On the initial appointment to get our iMac serviced for unknown issues (kid downloaded something she shouldn’t have) John was quite patient and looked into the situation while we were at the counter and took extra time, after the store had closed to make sure he had all of the information to diagnose the issues. We got our computer back two days later and it runs like a top!! Thank you Geeks for being able to fix something above my pay grade!!

  I was getting the blue screen of death on my computer. It is a full out gaming computer with a Radeon Red Dragon 560 vid card with 32 gigs of ram and 1 TB of space on my hard drive. I wound up getting a really horrid versions of Windows 10 Pro 64X, the corruption was within my OS. Got it back the next day and has been purring along like a kitten. TY GUYS N GALS!
