  Hours posted on website. Monday through Friday, 9 am to 1 pm. Calling did not lead me to a live person answering in the 6 times I tried. Message was returned later that day after 4, but I did not get to the phone in time and there's no answer calling back after business hours. I finally did get to speak to a woman, who seemed impatient, refused to give an estimate on the cost of replacing a starter assembly even though I had the model number. She said it could be another problem - true, but I still wanted to know if my troubleshooting proved correct could i even afford to pay for it or did I need to wait for next payday. She saw no reason to tell me anything about their fees as to a basic shop charge, etc. much less look up the price they'd charge for the part. Additionally, she had little empathy for the fact of me having to pay for uber or lyft to get me and Dyson there and back from far away in Glendale. I was not sure if I should ask the driver to wait while I ran in to drop it off, so the shop could look at it and get back to me - or would it be more of a hang around a while while they inspected it right away as I waited. She was kind of cold and snotty in my opinion. Since it is not easy to get in there during the limited open hours, and my allergies suffer greatly without beloved Dyson in action, I looked up the part myself and found that although my Dyson DC07 is old, Amazon sent me one next day for less than $8. You Tube had a video showing how simple it is to replace. If that does not work I will take it to a nearby Sew-n-Vac instead of going all the way over there to be treated with arrogant disdain. I am 66 female and life is too short for that crap.

  We've been coming here for years and they are great for Dyson repairs. I walked in this morning and they walked me through a few options and took my machine into the back, told me to wait 15 minutes and brought it back out in less than that all fixed. $30 for the part replacement. They honor the Dyson warranty too if your machine is still under warranty.

  It’s everything everyone says it is. Honest, super knowledgeable, helpful and kind service people who are not trying to sell as much as give you options and support the least expensive path back to a working vacuum. I would recommend this place to anyone with a Dyson anything. This is the only place I will ever go again.

  I never leave bad reviews, but I have a Dyson air wrap that is under warranty and needs repair. I’ve driven to this store twice in the last two weeks (1hour round trip). Only to find that they have a sign on their door with special hours 9am-1pm M-F. I called them both times and got a recording saying they were open until 5:30. I get closing early for the holidays, but how is a normal working person supposed to get service when the store is only open till 1pm during weekdays? For a company that charges top dollar for their products, they should be able to provide better service.
