Honest, super knowledgeable, helpful and kind service people who are not trying to sell as much as give you options and support the least expensive path back to a working vacuum. I would recommend this place to anyone with a Dyson anything. This is the only place I will ever go again.

Only to find that they have a sign on their door with special hours 9am-1pm M-F. I called them both times and got a recording saying they were open until 5:30. I get closing early for the holidays, but how is a normal working person supposed to get service when the store is only open till 1pm during weekdays? For a company that charges top dollar for their products, they should be able to provide better service.
