  This review is about cricket wireless the company. It is not about a certain store in any area. It is about the company and their customer service. I have yet to call and be able to speak to a person that does not have such a thick accent that I can’t understand any word they say Secondly, it’s almost impossible to get through to a speaking person but when you do, they will never be the rules they will never give you the benefit of the doubt they will never wipe off charges that you shouldn’t have. They will never bend in anyway I had service with Cricket for 12 years. I figure I paid them over 10,400 in monthly fees and another couple thousand on insurance and phones. I stopped my service simply because I’m on a tight budget and could not afford my plan any longer. I did not owe them any money yet. They refused to let me have my phone number. They want me to pay for another month of service and a $15 activation fee just to get a transfer code. Well, I refuse. I will then change my number as inconvenient as it is they do offer a low cost plan, but not one of the representatives after I spoke to them at least five times offered such a plan or even discussed one they have terrible customer service. I wish I would’ve never wasted my money with them and I don’tthink that anybody should shop at cricket or use their plan or use their phones because they don’t care about the customer one bit . If I could give them a -5 I would Thank you.

  I went to this location to buy a new phone. The staff that helped me was Alondra. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. When I need to purchase another phone I will be returning to this location. Thank you

  Needed to transfer my service to another phone after my phone was lost. Was not allowed to charge my phone in the space so had to go home to charge it. The young lady when I came back acted like she didn't want to help so when I put in the new sim card the wrong way all of the sudden she started doing her job. While I could make calls on the phone my internect service was not working. When I came back they were closed and when I went to another Cricket dealer still open they said she should have never transferred my service to the phone because it was not compatible and then told me I can't be refunded for it. This is unacceptable. Please when hiring people make sure they are properly trained and know how to be courteous and take care of their customers
