- EEEricDec 31, 20255.0I can honestly say as soon as I walked in I was greeted with Respect & Hospitality. The Sales Associate "Nathalie" was very helpful she explained everything to me in great detail. I was informed real well and all my concerns and issues were resolved. On my way out I was acknowledged by her co-workers with the same Respect & Hospitality. I will greatly come back to her location for any future issues i might have with my phone plan.

She was trying to tell me starting a new line with a cricket phone I had would be $160. She couldn't answer me how it's possible.. Even if I wanted the $60 plan with activation fee $15 that's $75 so taxes are $85. This is not accurate. I can't believe she is a manager.
