- MFMarina Fernandez2 days ago1.0This is the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a phone. The Galaxy A15 is a terrible device. Slow when switching between apps, will randomly crash and shut apps down in the middle of use (I am actually rewriting this review because this app crashed in the middle of choosing photos). This phone will also completely turn off or restart randomly while I'm switching through apps or scrolling TikTok. Quite disappointing since I was told this will be a fine replacement for my Galaxy S21 plus until I get another Galaxy S Series. It is in fact not great. It feels like how my last phone did before it brokw, and thay phone qas 5 years old. I also don't appreciate paying for a service I cannot use, since my phone doesn't turn on the Hotspot when I go to do so. Service can be spotty. Absolutely ridiculous that retailers like this don't just sell their phones individually so we can choose whatever service we want. I'm going back to Visible Mobile after tax season as their truly unlimited services start at $25/month. I still would have given this dang store $200 to get me by with a cheaper phone model. Now they have an even worse reputation in my eyes since they insist on you having a phone for 6 months before they unlock it for you, so even though I bought the phone, I STILL can't do what I want with it. A nightmare mobile hostage situation: pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a new unlocked device to use how you want and still pay crazy fees to start a new line with most companies, or get signed up with a monthly plan to pay low costs up front. This is why I'm sticking with Visible after this dumb fiasco. Avoid cricket if you can.
