I tried to explain to them with my health issues I cannot go out due to covid and I would give them any kind of information they needed to provide proof that it is my account I'm trying to access. All I needed was a copy of bill for Des period I called the store individually at 35th avenue and Glendale in phx az and Jesus was able to work with me to provide proof of identification and get my bill sent out to me. He is amazing and needs a raise! There's always a way to do things if you want to work, it's sad when people don't. Especially right now, when people can't go out. You'd think that the person would be more understanding. However they did sound like they were in another country no offense but I had difficulty understanding the broken English of the woman that I spoke with that refused to help me in customer service. Anyways I'm leaving the situation with the smile so I'm happy. Please give Jesus a raise!
