Carla literally sat there and answered every question I had while breaking it down enough so I could understand. I am so thankful I ran into yesterday Carla because I felt like literally the world was against me until you helped me with exactly what I needed. The boss needs to keep this employee at all costs she is amazing and the company would really suffer a loss without her being there because she really knew her stuff. Thank you again Carla this is Holden from the other day and you really brightened up my day.

I looked over and saw this beautiful young woman attending to a customer I watched her as she float around. Smiling all the way beautiful stunning young lady then it was my turn I just poured everything out on her. I'm a old lady lol and I was very scared and confused. She made me whole again. She calms me down she made me feel at ease. I was no longer afraid. because I had this angel. Helping me smiling all the way. Stunning. I want to thank cricket what happened, after Phoenix store. She is an asset to this company. She should be promoted to manager. Owner LOL she deserves it.. and thank you so much cricket I am a loyal customer for sure wherever I am in Arizona . I will work my way To the store because I feel safe and I know that everything's going to be okay.
