- SJSuzette JoralmonJun 24, 20175.0I just had a great experience at this store tonight! They were very friendly, helpful and patient while my kids were picking out phones. We needed to do several things including new phones, changing numbers and adding lines and getting different prices. I think the lady's name was Abby, she was great! Also the other employee ( i don't remember his name) helped us out and put on my son's screen protector while Abby finished our order. The manager/ maybe owner Steven was also in there for a short time and he was very nice too!! I've had cricket for almost 6 years now, i haven't always had the greatest of customer service experiences with cricket but now I've found a store that does. I'll keep going back to this store for sure!
