  I broke my phone Thursday evening, and I needed a quick replacement due to the fact that I need my phone for work. I rushed to this cricket location because it's just down the street. I explained my situation to the woman working (in my haste I forgot to get her name :() and she was very friendly and understanding of my situation. I didn't want to spend a lot I just needed a quick replacement phone, and she helped me find a phone that works very well within my price range and even included a free case. I had a very pleasant experience and the woman working Thursday evening around 5pm-6pm was very polite and professional.

  Dont even bother coming to this store, i came to get phones for my family but they wanna force me into paying $300 just to get the 5 lines for $100 when you port over from a different carrier...Not only that she wanted to charge me $25 activation fee per line and when i told her that cricket was advertising saying activation fee waved she said it was this store....No wonder cricket is loosing customers its cuz dealers like these make it look bad
