TV his is my first time experiencing Cricket services and it would be the last! I hope this store continues to say slow and does not make any business!! This girl has no right to treat customers like that! Remember is Ira Word of Mouth spreads quick and you shouldn't be working in the customer service industry maybe you should be in a warehouse or somewhere where you don't have to deal with people since you don't know how! She's nothing but a liar and a scam artist!!! Very fake attitude and does not honor her word they say that they will warranty any product they sell for under 30 days. Which was bs I went in with a problem and had the receipt and was definitely not satisfied she was very rude and thought it was a joke thinking that apologizing was okay no girl that's not okay sorry is not good enough doing the right thing if you're in customer service is!!!! You can take all the pictures of you one of my license plate too! That shows your ignorance of a person I would never ever hire you to represent my brand I don't know how you even receive a paycheck standing there all day doing nothing but upsetting people and not taking care of your customers!! Now you can laugh at that!!! FYI TO everyone else DO NOT Go to this store go to another location its not worth spending your money or wasting your time because they don't care about customer service at all.!!!!
