I drove to the store Wednesday as corporate asked me to on Tuesday, to have a manager do it as they for some odd reason couldn't over the phone. I spoke with manager John. After explaining my dilemma to him he claimed he couldn't do it, that the system wouldn't allow him. I knew he wasn't being truthful and told him there's always a way. He refused and sent me back to corporate. Today I went to the Thunderbird store and without hesitation the manager there did it. I was grateful and will always only shop at Thunderbird and never at Camelback location. So if you want some excellent service don't go here/manager John.
- ANAthena NiccolaiOct 29, 20253.0Well my experience was kind of Grimm, I asked the first guy do you have a CD laser cleaner he said yeah I have a computer disk cleaner the other guy said no over there by the DVDs I could not find any DVDs so now that I walked through the whole store I ended back up at the beginning and ask the lady in the she could look in the system to see if they have a CD laser cleaner even though it says online that there is one in this store they did not have one it was a waste of my time don't they think people need to clean their lasers on their devices any more why did they take them off the shelf? So they're not in high demand can't they keep at least 10 on the shelf for people like me who don't have internet and have to watch DVDs or regular TV. I went to several stores and not one store has a CD laser cleaner, it is a CD that sweeps the dust off of your lasers on your computer, your game system and your DVD Blu-ray systems, doesn't anybody use these anymore? I think so, I freaked out when there was no movies to buy at the Walmart store just a tiny little shelf and of course they did not! have the CD laser cleaner either and neither does Target, office Max / Staples 😞
