Shoutout to Zach at Geek Squad and Mark who help me with my phone and some much needed accessories. Both were super helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, a really positive visit. I’ll definitely be back. I've actually made a shopping list of future items to purchase!

Waited in the area for 10min for somebody to help me until I decided to look around. Found the section and when I finally found the item I wanted, a younger employee offered to send me a link for the information instead of telling me the specifications I repeatedly asked about (simple things like screen size, wireless, etc.) Then another employee offers to look for it in the back. Took about 10 minutes for the other employee searching to realize that their inventory is off and that they could order it. Passed and now headed back to Microcenter once again.

The front associate Bernica was VERY pushy and seemed anxious. Became very rude when I had pointed out that the box of earbuds she took out from the display was open. She stated that the glue just “got hot and slipped off”. Which I wasn’t comfortable with so I asked for a different one. She then told me I’m more than welcome to go to Walmart or target instead. Completely awful customer service. I suggest spending your money at a better and more professional store!
