This is the second Best Buy I came to for a DJI creator combo. The first one was on Thunderbird. They had what I was looking for, but I didn’t like the way I was treated so I decided not to buy it there.
Instead, I drove 10 miles to this Best Buy on Camelback. It was a night and day difference. I was helped by Elijah, who knew exactly what I was looking for. He was helpful and pleasant.
I will come to this Best Buy from now on. Everyone was friendly and polite from the moment, I stepped in until I left.

We recently moved from Tennessee, but before we left, we had purchased a new laptop from Best Buy in Bristol, Tennessee. You can read my reviews there to see how that experience went. Unfortunately, the computer we purchased stopped charging, and after some research, we discovered that it was a common issue with that brand and model. Therefore, we had until January 15th to return or replace it. My wife decided she didn’t want that model anymore because she didn’t want to worry about it stopping to charge again.
When we arrived, we were assisted by Cyril. He was very straightforward with us and helped us locate a replacement that met all our original requirements in the brand we had initially wanted. We were fortunate enough to only have to pay taxes on the upgrade. Overall, we had an amazing service experience.

I needed to return a defective computer, and had help picking out a new one . The staff was very good at the return, then called over a computer person to help me find a new computer.

Owen was completely terrible to me. I’m sure he’s the experience manager and his attitude was just awful. I’ve never experienced customer service that was so rude. I had a small issue with one of my purchases that was wrongly rung up and he completely brushed me off and said “it wasn’t his problem.” Everyone else was kind towards me except him. He practically forced his other employees to help me while i caught an attitude from him. Worst service ever.

Dec. 15, 2025, 6:00pm. I needed to purchase an OtterBox for an iPhone 13. I bought one at Best Buy several years ago, but it deteriorated. Went online to the Camelback Road store’s website, to see if the item was available. I used the search box on the website and it indicated that The OtterBox for an iPhone phone 13 was available in the store. I arrived at the store on Dec. 15, 2025 at 7:15pm. The young lady greeting customers told me where the product was located. I searched the area and while they there were several Otter Boxe products for iPhones, they did not have one that I could locate for an iPhone 13. Thinking they may have been in storage, I walked up to the mobile desk and waited for someone to assist me. It appeared no one was around and the young lady who was greeting. Customers made a couple of calls to see if someone would come up to help me, but was unsuccessful. I checked again and found an OtterBox for an iPhone 13 Pro. I took it to the checkout to see if it would fit regular iPhone 13 and the gentleman said it would not, and he directed me back up to the mobile station. I waited again and finally a gentleman came and tried to search for the item unsuccessfully. It was not in storage as well. A lot of wasted. You would think that Best Buy who handles all the newest gadgets in technology would have a way of tracking inventory and be able to provide up-to-date information when a customer goes online to search for an item. I wasn’t the only one looking for assistance. There were many customers walking around the store, but no one was available to help them.
