Geek squad techs Dylan and Ayden was phenomenal with quick customer Service. I showed up 25 minutes early before my Scheduled appointment, And they were nice enough to just not let me wait and take me in right away. I’m a part-time streamer on Twitch so having my PC is very important to me. I thought I was gonna have to leave my PC overnight and they said “you know what we’re gonna take care of that for you right away. Give us about 20 minutes.”. I’m getting a CPU installed. And I just wanted to say I’m so gratefully appreciative how quick and fast they work. Also the professional Work ethics they have, Which is rarely hard to find nowadays. I definitely recommend this place and if the manager should ever see this review, you should give them some kind of praise gratitude, or even a bonus. Thanks guys. I’ll be back again.

Michael was awesome. No hastle, he took care of 3 customers in a very efficient way before my turn. You can tell when people exceed from the first hello he is one of them. My issue was solved in 5 min. And now im here buying something else knowing itll be taken care off if any issues in the future with this product.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a retail store. Came in for 4 sets of car component speakers I already picked out, just needed to pick them up. No one, from the front desk, to any associate on the floor, or even ringing the bell in car audio came to help- literally just needed them handed to me. Going to buy online from Crutchfield. At least they answer when you call. This store is a joke.

This is the first time going to this Best Buy and we spent awhile waiting around the printer section for someone to acknowledge us and then looking around the store for help. Even though it is Christmas season, the store was emptier than we expected.
Anyways, the reason I gave 5 stars was because Cole saved the day by helping us at the register to order the printer we wanted - very patient and double checked that all of our info was correct. If it wasn't for Cole, I would've given this location 1 star and left to another location.
If you need help just look for Cole.
