    Service Review - Not store specific Purchased a television in store the sale process was good compared to Costco's amount however the geek squad delivery and wall mount service for $170 has been 1 star. From bad contact details listed by staff and poor delivery status resources we missed our initial delivery appointment. We are now 5 calls later with customer service and an escalation member. They have (over)promised new delivery twice and basically changed their minds. Now we won't have our tv for 15 days after purchase. Which was a birthday gift that has yet to be enjoyed. We don't spend this kind of money all the time so this experience has been disappointing. We won't be giving our business again in the future I do not recommend this geek squad service but Costco's wall mount and TV installation instead you do indeed pay for what you get.

    Called the number to check if they had apple pencils (1st gen) in stock. They did, and the woman over the phone was extremely persistent that I pay for the product over the phone. She insisted that if I didn't pay online, then the product would not be available at the front for pickup. Neither my boyfriend or I thought that made sense- why not just pay for the product when we go to the store especially since it's verified to be in stock? But we didn't feel like arguing, so we did, and then drove to the store. The store then told us that our product wasn't ready yet (so it wasn't even at the front), and now since we paid online, we had to wait for the transaction to completely settle before we could get the pen, as opposed to being able to pay for it in real time like literally any other transaction on planet earth, lmao. So now we're short 108, gas, and time, for a product we'd currently already have if the sales assistant wasn't so borderline cohersive about paying online. Now we're stuck waiting an indeterminate amount of time. I'm sure the pen will be fine once we're eventually given permission to own the item we paid for 26 minutes in advance to arriving at the store, but I'll be honest- this was my first experience with Best Buy, and I'm not likely to repeat an attempt, at all. This was genuinely stupid. Ntm, sales assistant said they would send me an email when it was actually ready- but they don't have my email, nor did they actually ask for it. They also offered to give a 45 dollar gift card for the apple pen pro, but I can sell that myself for 79-100, so not a great offer on top of a decently 💩-y experience. Yeah, definitely my first and last time with Best Buy as a whole.

    so I’m excited to share my experience with this particular store and this particular gentleman. my first visit was for an HP printer got what I was looking for however, when I took it home, I realize that I needed something bigger so I figured I needed to go back and spend some more money lol I walked in with my return and behold the same gentleman walked up to the counter and said hi Sylvia, something I can help you with and immediately I was impressed. he actually listened to my first shopping experience you remember the things that I said to him, and he also helped me with the phone case that he took notice of my name so when I came in today, I said to him, I am looking for a new printer One that is a little bigger maybe I need something that is going to feed more Pages so was prepared to most likely to spend some more money. He said no worries. I got you come on over. He actually found me one a little less than what I spent for the first one I was like wow this is cheap cheaper. He said yeah promotion!! I was like this is great!! overall my experience at the store has been Pleasant made me feel seen and heard. if y’all get the opportunity to have your needs met asked for Abe real good guy.     I initially assumed I may have visited on an off day, but after reading other reviews, it seems my experience wasn’t isolated. The interaction I had with the manager, who was also acting as the cashier, was very disappointing. I’ve never felt so disrespected over such a minor issue. I was told in-store that I couldn’t complete my return, so I called the Best Buy customer service line for clarification. They informed me there should be no issue processing the return. Based on that information, I went back to the store to respectfully clarify the situation. I made it clear that if the return still couldn’t be processed, I would understand. I simply wanted consistency after receiving two different answers. Unfortunately, the experience left a very negative impression. I won’t be returning to this location and hope management addresses the professionalism and communication concerns.

    Honestly so horrible. I was waiting on the phone for almost an hour. My package was supposed to come it got canceled. So I call and the guys guaranteed me it would come the next day and it did not so three days later. I’m now calling again because it was canceled and they’re saying I cannot come in and grab my package until the other one is brought back to them even though I already paid almost $500 and I needed the package today so I genuinely just think it’s ridiculous. Never ordering from this location again.
