Drove back up all within an hour and was told by Jose the store manager that he was unable to replace it due to finger prints over damaged corner. That I caused the damage and there nothing he can do. What kinda manager talks to customers that way?? Calling corporate tomorrow. Worst customer service I’ve seen in all my 28 year of life.

Since then i have been trying to buy stuff online but now my account doesnt exist. Ive spent every one of my breaks and my whole lunch time at work calling customer service just to be treated rudely with no success. I am really hoping i find these same items cheaper somewhere else because i much rather spend my money anywhere else. Actually at this point, considering how much time has been wasted, paying extra money will cost me way less. Change your name to Worst Buy immediately
