We were agast that a manager cant take care of something his lower level staff needs to be there for. Came in last week before the holiday needing cell phone supplies for our family’s several new phones and was able to get all my needs met at the same time. I’m saying this because I didn’t think I would be able to find everything due to low availability and Atira was so helpful in finding each item right before the holiday. I wish all the staff were as friendly and helpful. I had been staying away from this location for awhile for availability and cleanliness reasons but having excellent customer service truly matters to me. I’ll be back here now. Thank you Atira for going above and beyond. You are appreciated 🙌🏽🙌🏽👍🏼

You will NEVER EVER get someone in-store when calling and if you are fortunate you will speak to someone in the USA: not lucky a call center in India 🇮🇳. When asking the multiple India representatives if they are in the store the reply is “the stores are not taking direct calls” Wonderful customer service, eh? If you have an issue with an order drive to the store or go elsewhere.
