    You should train your employees to at least “ACT” like they care about customers. Your “manager” Mario showed me why this is a dying retail business. I Bought the beats headset 8 days ago, and got a defective set, now the price changed even though I bought it on sale and it’s a defective product. Now I need to pay the extra $50 because it’s not on sale anymore?? They asked are you a total member? Is said now, she said then year, manager won’t help you. Nobody could explain why. SAD to say the least. Shame on you Best Buy.

    Hiring Trace was the best decision Best Buy Ahwatukee ever made. He helps me every time I come into the store because he is the only employee who approaches customers. Not only does he work hard, he is extremely helpful and knowledgable every time. He always tries his hardest to satisfy everybody and, 100% of the time, he goes above and beyond and does an amazing job, leaving the guests he helps even better than they were before they came and met him. This is the person you want to interact with when you come to Best Buy (and honestly I prefer Best Buy Ahwatukee because of Trace)!! He knows exactly where everything is and he is extremely knowledgeable about electronics and technology and everything Best Buy!! Most importantly, he always follows through with helping you until you are fully satisfied instead of merely pointing you in a general direction and walking away, which actually happened today when I interacted with another employee before Trace. As I was wandering alone, Trace saw me looking for the product, and helped me until I had everything I wanted to buy—and more, he’s a natural! I personally work in hospitality/sales/customer service, and if I had to guess, Trace probably does not know who I, or a lot of the other guests he helps, are, BUT I want him to know that he is extremely important and a special part of my experience each time I come to the Ahwatukee Best Buy— and I almost guarantee a lot of the other customers who shop here feel the same way about him. He is THE GUY at a store that you walk away from saying, “Woah, that was exceptional!! I will always go back to that store and tell my friends about him!”. He is an amazingly charming, smart, and knowledgeable employee, and deserves this recognition 100%. Keep leading the Ahwatukee Best Buy by example, Trace!! You are going places—all while helping others get to their ‘destinations’ as well. You are an exceptionally commendable person, and I am writing this to make it known! Thank you for your remarkable amazing support and help today, and for all of the days you helped me in the past too, Trace. Keep up the phenomenal work!

    Stopped by this Best Buy and had a really smooth experience. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy, and they took the time to answer my questions. Found what I needed pretty quickly, and checkout was fast and easy. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. Even though it was a bit busy, employees were available when I needed help, which I appreciated. Everything felt straightforward and stress-free. Great spot for electronics, accessories, or quick tech support. Good service, fair prices, and convenient. I’d definitely come back and recommend this location!
