  We got a great deal as a new customer on a Apple 14. Our number was transferred from another provider in minutes. The clerk helping us was awesome. We are so happy.

  This review is about cricket wireless the company. It is not about a certain store in any area. It is about the company and their customer service. I have yet to call and be able to speak to a person that does not have such a thick accent that I can’t understand any word they say Secondly, it’s almost impossible to get through to a speaking person but when you do, they will never be the rules they will never give you the benefit of the doubt they will never wipe off charges that you shouldn’t have. They will never bend in anyway I had service with Cricket for 12 years. I figure I paid them over 10,400 in monthly fees and another couple thousand on insurance and phones. I stopped my service simply because I’m on a tight budget and could not afford my plan any longer. I did not owe them any money yet. They refused to let me have my phone number. They want me to pay for another month of service and a $15 activation fee just to get a transfer code. Well, I refuse. I will then change my number as inconvenient as it is they do offer a low cost plan, but not one of the representatives after I spoke to them at least five times offered such a plan or even discussed one they have terrible customer service. I wish I would’ve never wasted my money with them and I don’tthink that anybody should shop at cricket or use their plan or use their phones because they don’t care about the customer one bit . If I could give them a -5 I would Thank you.

  Helli google and cricket friends. Lets it be known that Karol was the only one able to get rid of the talkback feature on my phone. Was driving the whole house crazy for 3 days. Went to Karol and she did an outstanding job. Above and beyond. I really appreciate it. Sincerely Kevin US army First CAV Division. I recommend all veterans to come to Karol for all your phone needs. Plus her boss needs to give her a pay raise!!!!!!!!
