  Friendly environment, I was assisted by a nice gentleman named Jesus he really helped me get a new phone and set it up ,made sure he answered my questions and I left as a happy customer.

  I went to this particular store on May 11th 2021 between 1130am and 1230pm and my wife and I were treated with the utmost disrespect I've ever experienced. I went to pay my phone bill. The cashier helped a customer and they left. The cashier answered the phone and started speaking Spanish. She didn't know that my wife and know Spanish as well. The cashier started speaking bad about a black lady because she complained about her in a chat room. When she got off the phone, she started helping the customer in front of us. That's not the issue. The issue for me is that she didn't even acknowledge that we were there. She looked up at us once and went back to helping the customer. We waited 20 minutes before we left. I feel she didn't want to help us because she was mad at the black lady that complained. If she would have at least asked what we needed because she was helping the customer with her IPhone which takes a long time, I would have been cool and left then. Don't just act like we aren't there. That's so disrespectful and I recommend that people stop going to this cricket store and I'm going to switch to t mobile. Her customer service skills are unacceptable.

  Worst place they are so immature. Keep taking personal calls and employees family members came were loud and employee took forever to help me!
