    Today my customer service person was Yesenia. Upon entering the cricket store, I was assisted by a her as she skillfully navigated my new phone, which I had just purchased to back up all my vital records, including data, phone numbers, contacts, and pictures including apps I use on a regular basis. Her performance was truly commendable, and I am thoroughly impressed by her professionalism. I would highly recommend this Cricket store location to anyone.
