  I switched from Metro PCS to Cricket with 3 lines! The iPhone 16e was for free when switching I don’t know if they still are, but I got 2 iPhones 16e for free and I got 1 iPhone 17 pro max in payments with progressive leasing. I asked HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAYING A MONTH FOR THE PHONE since I am doing payments on it, she said $60 A MONTH and the phone is around $1,400. When the girl was setting up my phones I asked her HOW MUCH ARE THE SCREEN PROTECTORS AND THE PHONE CASES FOR THESE PHONES. I obviously asked HOW MUCH because I was going to buy them. She said it’s ok I can give them to you for FREE I was like ok thank you. No one will say NO to 3 screen protectors she also gave me 1 phone case for the iPhone 17 pro max and a charger box that plugs into the outlet. She didn’t tell me that progressive leasing had an app where I can give my payments or see how much I owe. she also didn’t tell me if cricket had an app to pay my phone bill. When I found out about progressive leasing having an app and that I can see how much I’m owing I decided to take a look at that. It said I owed around $3,700. When I seen the amount I decided to go back to the store they told me that I have to contact progressive leasing. So that’s what I did I asked them why am I owing that much they said that the amount for 12 months. I asked the representative from progressive leasing if he was able to see my purchase he said yes I asked what was in the purchase he said I had the iPhone 17 pro max and 7 SCREEN PROTECTORS. Keep in mind I only went for 3 PHONES I ONLY GOT 3 SCREEN PROTECTORS 1 PHONE CASE AND 1 CHARGER. THE REASON WHY I GOT IS BECAUSE SHE SAID IT WAS FOR FREE. She never mentioned it will get added to you progressive leasing account! Also she put I got 2 screen protectors for MOTOROLA PHONES IDK WHERE SHE GOT THAT FROM BECAUSE I GOT 3 iPhones. I went back and the “MANGER” was there she said the scanner was reading the bar codes wrong ok I get that. BUT WHY SAY THE STUFF WAS GOING TO BE FOR FREE WHEN IT WAS NEVER FOR FREE. I could’ve went somewhere else for cheaper screen protectors or ordered them online. Today 04/06/2026 I went to pay my phone bill I got a message that it was $93.59 I paid with a $100 bill I was distracted downloading the MY CRICKET APP and signing up when she gave me my change. I just got the change and put it in my purse when I got home I was going thru the msges of how much I paid. I seen that it was the $93 and she only gave me back $1… I will never return to that store even if it’s the closest to me! And you can keep the change it seems you guys need it more than I do. I called twice and the 2 time she answered and hung up!!! I believe her name is Marissa!!! Skinny girl. I can’t remember exactly her name but similar to that….

  THESE SALES PEOPLE AT THIS CREDIT ARE VERY SASSY AND ANNOYING, NOT WORTH SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS.... IMA FIND ANOTHER CREDIT STORE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS
