- ASAks Play StoreDec 12, 20231.0Don’t go to this store , they sell phone that are not able to unlock and customer care is saying it was not sold by cricket . Not sure if they are selling unauthorized phones .
- MHMathew HarrisonApr 16, 20221.0According to the sales person working at this store by the name Eduardo, the owner instructed all salespeople to lie to to customers and tell them that you can't buy new phone without buying an insurance. When I went there to buy a new phone I was told that the store will not sell me the phone without buying insurance. I left this store and went to another cricket location where they had no problem selling me exact same model of the phone without insurance Sort the reviews for this store by lowest rating and decide for yourself if going to this store to buy new phone is a good idea. You can also order your new phone from cricket website directly and you save yourself a $25 “activation fee”. I can not get back the time it took to drive to the store, and time it took to argue with salesperson that I have the right to buy the phone without buying the insurance. All I can do is to write this review and hope that somebody cares If you agree that lying to your customers and making them buy insurance that not every customer wants or needs is wrong - click Like button under this review.

Tried to buy one at a different location and they absolutely had no idea what they were doing. However you guys are the best and now I got my phone back up and running again considering my old one was stolen at work. Keep up the good work guys if I need anything else from cricket I'll be visiting this store location from now on.
