  An awesome experience. Mirka was my rep & she did an awesome job..I needed to upgrade my phone & she helped me to decide if to switch to an iPhone or stay w/Android. I stayed w/Android. It was the best choice for me economically w/Cricket's special being offered. And today was last day. For personal reasons we decided I should keep my old # & phone. So Mirka suggested a 3rd line & #. What a great idea! I chose the Cricket Dream phone & it's a dream. Very very satisfied customer.

  Fu!k*!#g ridiculous. I will never go with cricket again! I made a partial payment of 40 dollars on my bill which is 70 a month. I specified I needed two weeks to pay off the rest of the money due to my pay schedule. Well its now been 8 days my phone is off and the cricket personal is now telling me I just paid forty dollars for seven days of service and now I owe them 70 for a month of service. I just got off the phone with a horribly dense "manager" who wasnt willing to do anything about the issue then proceeded to insult me before telling me she doesn't care if I take my three lines and go elsewhere then informing me to "never call them again" This is ridiculous I will have nothing but horrid repulsed comments for anyone that will listen about cricket.   This location is aweful. They were rude and treated me as if I were stupid and treated an elderly woman terrible too. They sold me Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime because they were out of the one I wanted. I suspect it was a phone that someone had returned too. And they gave it to me dead.
