  La verdad fue El peor servicio que tuve es dia yo eh ido a otras tiendas de cricket y eh tenido Buen servicio pero en esta locasion la empleada Laura or Lora me dio un actitud my desagradable no habia ningun cliente cuando yo llege Ella estaba sentada viendo su cellular .y le dije quesi me podria orientar o ayudar me contesto muy groserA que vaya Al apple si mis Air pads seme habian desactivado pero mi telefono es cricket llevo como 15 años con esta compañia pero de verdad nesesitan mejorar El servicio sinseramente no bolveria a esta locasion Mal pero muy mal actitud de esta empleada Laura le pregunte su nombre y ASI me dijo que se llamava

  SCAMMERS & LAZY Absolutely horrible customer service. I came in because I was trying to transfer my eSIM and it wasn’t working. The employee didn’t even bother to look at my phone or attempt to troubleshoot anything. She immediately told me I needed to buy a new eSIM for $11. I said that was fine, but then she told me they only accept cash, which was sketchy. Instead of actually helping or even checking the phone, she basically brushed me off and tried to charge me for something I didn’t even need. I ended up going right across the street to the Cricket on 19th and Union and they transferred the eSIM in less than a minute. No new eSIM, no charge, and they actually knew what they were doing. The fact that this location pushes people to pay cash for something unnecessary is really suspicious and feels like a scam. Either they’re extremely lazy or just trying to take advantage of customers. I would avoid this location completely.

  Lora was absolutely amazing. She stayed later than usual to help us get two lines. Her customer service was exceptional and she was incredibly friendly.
