  Horrible store location. Brought in my Network Extender to be examined because customer support told me this store location would be able to examine it & diagnostic the problem. I went into the store where the agent told me they never had a appointment scheduled for me, I asked to speak to a supervisor who did not want to help me AT ALL. He was telling me the most they could do is have me call them & they can just answer general questions, in the past, they were kind enough to actually assist & deal with support but I guess this manager is lazy? I asked for his business card & he told me that he doesn't have any, that's a hilarious joke. Stay away from this location as they won't help you.

  The sheer ineptness of this location, is why I dislike Verizon and always wanting to change providers. I've wasted hours of my day, for a simple online order that this staff couldn't put in the effort and find. Zero problem solving skills. If it's not in front of them on their tablet, they make it seem impossible to achieve.

  I went in here to return phones to the Verizon store as I had purchased them online. I also received one of the phones in the wrong GB. I was greeted by Wyatt after waiting. His immediate demeanor was noticeable like he just didn’t want to be there or help anyone. After waiting Wyatt told me to bring the phones to the UPS store and to call customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for 19 years. After being turned away for help at the store I was sent to by customer service I will be returning the iPhone 17’s and I will be switching carriers. Wyatt needs to be fired and at best is capable of handing out carts at Walmart.

Each visit left me frustrated and feeling like my concerns were being overlooked. Then I met Corbin — and the experience was a complete turnaround. He was able to seamlessly help me exchange my iPhone 16 Pro for a 17 Pro Max by ordering it online, all within the 30-day exchange window. There was no hassle, no confusion — just clear, confident, and professional service from start to finish. Corbin was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to go through my Verizon bill in detail, ensuring I was getting the best deal possible. What stood out the most was his attentiveness — he never seemed rushed, answered every question I had, and made sure I fully understood everything before I left. After the challenges I faced at other stores, Corbin was truly a breath of fresh air. He was the epitome of what great customer service should be. Thank you for having someone like Corbin on your team — he absolutely deserves to be recognized!
