  Visited on Feb 24, 2025 between 4–5pm and had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience. I was refused assistance due to internal process confusion and was told to contact customer service myself instead of being helped. I was also told to go across to another store rather than being assisted at the location where I was already seeking help. When I requested escalation, I was told the manager was not in the store, which later appeared inaccurate. While attempting to seek help from another employee, I was instructed to move away from the seating area and told it was reserved for customers, despite actively being a customer requesting assistance. There were no alternative seating options. This created a public situation where I felt singled out, disrespected, and humiliated. No customer should be made to feel this way due to internal confusion and lack of professionalism.

  I can’t say enough about the great service we have received from this store. Not only are ALL of the staff we encountered very friendly & professional, but the manager, Dashelle, is amazing. We were going to cancel our account after a combined total of 40 years + with Verizon due to the customer service (non-service) we received on the 800 number. She patiently explained what happened & resolved our issue. She is an excellent representative of Verizon and should be valued. We met with her more than once with great results. We are still happy Verizon customers!!!! Verizon needs to revamp the way they train their telephone representatives; they do not have the customer’s best interest in mind AT All. Thanks Dachelle & staff!!!

  Wonderful experience with Kryshann today. My 77 year old mother needed a new phone and he was so kind and patient. He made the process so simple and happily answered all of her questions. Great service. Thank you!

  Such an awesome experience!!! We've been with tmobile for a long time- they didn't want to do anything in regards to an upgrade. Went in to this location and talked with Brendan. He was so helpful from the get go. We were able to get a great deal on iPhones, he explained the plans, bill was going to be cheaper, etc., but here's the kicker- we wanted to give the phones as Christmas gifts to our kids. In order for this to work I had to come in on Christmas eve to get everything switched over. Just from our convos Brendan realized how important this was. I showed up Christmas eve and that's when he shared that it was his day off but that he willingly came in to help get everything taken care of!!!!! I was completely shocked and so taken back that someone would do that. He's an awesome employee but an even better human!! Everything went perfectly and I have him to thank!! Brendan your awesome, thank you for everything!!
