I was greeted by Wyatt after waiting. His immediate demeanor was noticeable like he just didn’t want to be there or help anyone. After waiting Wyatt told me to bring the phones to the UPS store and to call customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for 19 years. After being turned away for help at the store I was sent to by customer service I will be returning the iPhone 17’s and I will be switching carriers. Wyatt needs to be fired and at best is capable of handing out carts at Walmart.
