Lo quice devolver y me dijeron que estaba bien y me pidieron una disculpa por que habia sido error de ella. Pero al momento de regresarme el dinero Jo me Estaban regresando 25.00 de un cobro por actualizar el celular, me dijeron que ese cobro no se regresa, pero pues como no fue mi culpa el error y yo estaba devolviendo el celular por que no fue el que pedí, no se me hacía justo que todavía tuviera que pagar ese dinero. Ellos podían haber hecho algo, dar ese como crédito en la tienda, o alguna otra cosa, también ellos tiene. Un número de teléfono a donde pueden marcar para resolver estos problemas, pero no lo hicieron, la gerente se portó super grosera y su gerente tampoco reaolvió nada.
