  Had to pay me phone bill and the store I go to was closed. Found this new cricket store a little closer to me. Zander was awesome. She was fast, very friendly and gorgeous to boot. She deserves a raise. Hard to find humans that are good at their jobs. She Is very good at it. Thank You Zander for the conversation. We are a lot alikewhen it comes to phones. 😉

  Went in to buy a new phone and the girl working told me what a great phone the cricket Magic 2 was so after looking at all the phones in the price range I needed, I took her advice and bought the magic 2. Worse mistake ever! Out of every single phone I've ever had this is the absolute worst by far! Screen constantly freezes, turns black then powers off and on. Can not do anything with this phone. I emphasized how important the phone was since I had to have it for work and I wasn't even able to return it within the 7 days cuz I had to go out of town for work. The phone is still new so I'm not trying to spend money on another phone right now but I am so frustrated with this non working piece of crap that now I'm just going to go back to my old provider and disregard cricket all together.

  I went into the store Sunday August 3rd, I had just been released from prison and wanted to buy myself and two kids phones. GRACE was working, she had the best knowledge and attitude. Even when we were stressed she made sure to be patient. And when I had to go back the next day because I locked myself out of this phone in less than 24hrs, she made sure to help me figure it all out. GRACE was amazing can't thank her enough, we all have phones we love.
