  I got my daughter first phone and did iPhone kid. I ended up not liking it, wanted to change it but was having a hard time doing that on my end. The lady who helped me in the beginning was very helpful and did everything she could to help me, she went on lunch. When I returned I asked the next representative, she basically said to contact iCloud and that she couldn’t help any other way, I asked if there was another number I can contact that can help me either reset my daughter phone, she told me I had to look it up. I then asked if I can speak to the other representative that helped me before she told me she wasn’t there and on lunch I asked when she would be off lunch ? She said idk and didn’t check. Very unprofessional, on my phone she was googling what to do and how to fix what I was asking. She basically told me to figure it out by myself, verizon usually very helpful with any questions I have so this is the first encounter I had where I had someone rude, didn’t want to do there job and was literally no help, I did call Verizon customer service they helped me reset my daughter phone and helped me through the process.

  The help at this store is terrible. The person working the counter had no interest in helping or even having a conversation. I needed a replacement cover for my iPhone 15 camera. Did a little research and found a cover in the store for the 17 that would work. I bought it and initially thought it wouldn’t work but after a little looking realized it would. Girl at the counter ZERO help.
