Very rude when speaking and started raising his voice at us. But when I responded stating “she understands” referring to my mother, he stated that we are being confrontational and need to leave. Didn’t help us with either of our issues. Asked for his business card or his bosses card and he wouldn’t respond.

Moe was knowledgeable, and gave me tips why my phone was overheating while telling me the details about the new phone which was about ready to preorder. His patients and knowledge reassured me that if I chose to go with the new phone, he would help me with every step of setting up and if I ever needed assistance, his phone would always be on and ready to answer. This is why I choose Verizon. He’s an asset to the company!
