He said he put in a request but wouldn't know for sure but I could text him to find out. I waited 3 days. He ignored my text. I went back in and he was smoking outside. Blew smoke in my face and said he did what he could which ended up cancelling my promotions and INCREASING my bill. BEWARE!

The first employee who started helping me disappeared and never came back—he moved on to helping other customers who were making purchases instead. After waiting about 30 minutes, another employee finally came over and told me my online order was not there like I was confused even though I clearly had my reference number. He checked his system and went into check, but the order information he showed me belonged to a completely different person. There was no follow-up, no effort to correct the mistake, and no apology.very rude sarcastic. On top of that, I felt rushed the entire time, like they just wanted me out the door instead of actually helping. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this location if you expect attentive or respectful service go to another location.
