We have been to multiple other vets and they always talk about money before even seeing our dog. Dr Moffatt puts your pet first and examines them before jumping into cost.
- MPM. PittmanMar 24, 20263.0I love MYMYS VET but what happened this morning irked me. Any SMART PET owner wouldn't lay their sick dog on the counter. I'm standing here listening to the whole conversation, from the owners mouth. Still 💩ing and vomiting. The receptionist when she comes to take the dog " the Dr will examine her, and will you be available by phone, she'll call you and discuss the treatment plan. I try to express my concerns to little miss "I was here for the whole thing" her reply was "oh it's not a sick dog" HAD NOT HEARD 1 IOTA OF SAID CONVERSATION because she was with the Dr giving MYMY shots. VCA maybe you should POST DOGS NOT ALLOEED ON THE COUNTER. I don’t need my dog to be exposed to another person's negligence
