Helped by a very pleasant knowledgeable young lady, made the experience seamless and pleasant. You should promote her, it would be a boon to an otherwise cold indifferent corporation...

Very nice Verizon store. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, nice and neat! The associate, Christian, who waited on me was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Christian is also a very good salesman. I went to the store to pick up my new phone and while I was there he showed me all kinds of accessories and bling that I could not live without. His customer service skills are top notch! A+

Be aware not a Verizon store if anything goes wrong you are out of luck. I have been trying to contact them , and they won’t return my calls. I was there on Christmas Eve, the representative was sick and coughing all over the place just by trying to talk, i respected not to aggravate her cough and didn’t ask a whole lot of questions. Big mistake by staying I got a phone delivered from a store in phoenix that was missing a charger and was open, my phone # wasn’t moved from my last carrier, I spent days without service and missed important communications during the holidays. I called Verizon and the number wasn’t properly set under Verizon and had my old service still on the old phone. I had been calling and waiting on hold almost daily during lunch breaks. The horrific part besides how I got scammed like paying for set up fees and they didn’t even set my number or getting charged $66 for a tempered glass screen that you can get for $7 also Verizon rep clarified that it shouldn’t have been that my and agreed I was over charged, had to pay for a charger because the phone came without the cord and was an open box is that I went there todayat 12 to speak with the manager and he looked at me as if I were a homeless person and looked me up and down with raised eyebrows as if I were a liar about what happened, there were messages sent to the store from Verizon about my complaints and no one got back to me. Now because this is an Authorized retailer and not an actual Verizon store I’m out of luck for getting scammed and paying for set up fees that were not done correctly, way overpaid for things that cost a fraction. Save yourself the trouble and only deal with a real Verizon store. Save the disrespect from the manger and staff that only care about running the tap without telling you how much and when you ask they say it’s taxes and fees. I understand sales people got to make money but scamming people is NOT the way.
