There was confusion because another rep put me on their tablet for the wait but then Bishi said the other customers said I was there first. So I went ahead. I was texted a coupon from Verizon for a discount on a case/accessory and she said it required management approval. I asked her to get the manager and she said they were in the meeting. There should be some work around for this since now I'm out a phone case that I would have purchased with the coupon. I asked if she could help me transfer to my new phone and she said since I ordered it online I would have to do it myself. What is the point of having the phone delivered to the store if I'm not able to get assistance? I'm disabled and am not good with technology. I've been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and have never been treated so poorly at a Verizon store. Bishi needs some customer service retraining.
