Weeks later when our bill came up i saw i was being charged over $900 dollars when we my bill is usually $325. I went back in and spoke to them and spent 4 hours in store with them trying to figure out what had happened. They were no help. I ended up talking to Customer service which they said this store is NOT corporate, they are an authorized retailer. They also said that my phone plan didnt qualify at the time for the upgrade and what the rep had done was that they forced a buy out so we could get the phones .HE NEVER DISCLOSED THIS INFO WITH US. He probably did this so he could make his sales for the end of them month. CS also said that the store manager could have helped us take care of this but he chose not too and instead told us to call customer service. That is really shady and not honest at all. If i would have known they were not honest i would have saved my time and money. Dont go to this location for “deals” go to a real corporate store not here . Save your self the headache and money because the manager doesnt care.
