She patiently & professionally spent 2+ hours correcting major problem with our 3 trade in phones to ensure we received the proper trade value credit. Isabelle identified the issue & had to work through 3 different levels of representatives at Verizon corporate to reprocess our order so that we were taken care of. She said she normally works at the rural road location. All I can say is give this woman a raise because it's damn hard to find good people who go above and beyond for others anymore.
