She's amazing at multitasking and staying extremely professional when a client was upset about something out of her control. I bought 3 items, another customer was upset, another was paying a bill, another was returning a phone, another was soo extremely excited when when got his phone bill waaayyy lower than it was! She was also very observant when the upset customers kept pacing just outside the door. She made me feel safe which is extremely important to me because I have PTSD. She deserves some kind of award or bonus or recognition for being an excellent employee and person! *She also helped me with getting my phone bill waaaayyy lower! *Helped me with my new phone and Tablet! * and is extremely informative about the pricing of everything! She truly had my best interest in mind! I got a new phone and tablet and my phone bill is still lower than what it was! *GOT A HIGH BILL AND NEED A NEWER PHONE??? GO SEE HER! She's the only red head. *She has a unique name for her unique personality!!!
