The gentleman who had helped me set up my watch on top of an additional. $84 charge, Which was charged service for setting up my Apple Watch device. Here it is two weeks later, and I am still having difficulties with trying to set up my cellular Apple Watch. I was advised by Apple themselves and Verizon online that there was something that was messed up during the initial set up Watch period due to this inconvenience that I have been having to deal with for the past couple of weeks I’m giving this place one stars

Were quoted $250 a month. So tell me why my bill is almost $700 and we are told there is no history of the credit we were offered and sure my bill goes to “normal” next month. Aka $400! When we went into the store to ask about it we were basically told we are SOL and it’s not their problem. Worst store ever. Not to mention I hated how the manager talked to my husband like I wasn’t even there and when I was telling them we just need to stay with t-mobile he kept saying no your wrong your bill will be less with us. HA $200 more than what we were paying at T-Mobile. Save yourself some money and stay away.
