The salesperson Ryan is misleading: he offered us to buy many accessories for our phones, promising we would get rebates for those expenses. Complete lie. Do not trust him. He also promised trade-in credits that never appeared. We were charged Setup & Go Service for phones and an iPad that was never even opened or set up, without being informed we would be charged. Most importantly: switching to Verizon at this store will never save you money compared to T-Mobile. Be careful: this store is unreliable and could be considered fraudulent for unsuspecting customers. Check everything before paying. Avoid it.

The gentleman who had helped me set up my watch on top of an additional. $84 charge, Which was charged service for setting up my Apple Watch device. Here it is two weeks later, and I am still having difficulties with trying to set up my cellular Apple Watch. I was advised by Apple themselves and Verizon online that there was something that was messed up during the initial set up Watch period due to this inconvenience that I have been having to deal with for the past couple of weeks I’m giving this place one stars
