  Joseph helped us get our new phones set up and when we traded our old phones in he had a promotion for our son who was upgrading from a watch that saved us a lot of money. We visited 3 times within a week and he was extremely helpful all three times. He went above and beyond to help set up the phones with our Apple IDs. We hit a roadblock at one point on my son’s phone and he navigated us through it. It was on the edge of going to the Apple Store or here but with his knowledge we were able to save ourselves from going to Apple. Thank you, Joseph! We highly recommend him at this store. He definitely knows Verizon and Apple very well. We’ve been “forever” Verizon customers and are happy that Joseph is a part of their team.

  Tony was so helpful with getting our phones sorted out as well as helping us finally get internet set up at our home. He saved us a considerable amount of money and walked us through everything. It’s rare to find someone who actually follows up to help you save money. Thank you!

  We had a great experience working with Anthony at Verizon in mesa AZ. We came in to pick up a phone and ended up upgrading another phone on our account. He was knowledgeable about the differences between the old and new models. He didn't try to upsell us, he actually listened to how I use my phone and helped me pick the perfect device for my needs. He informed us of all the promotions going on and a future one so we could choose what promotion would benefit us best. He also made transferring all my data, apps, and photos a seamless process. Great job Anthony!

  He is the best representative I ever met and I'm 60 years old. He is so multi task, not only was he carefully handling my business by there was a new employee working right next to him, he over heard their conversation and he corrected him and make the customer feel comfortable. This guy needs to be a store Mgr. If everyone would welcome 🤗 like this guy, Metro P.C and T- Mobile out of business. That's what I call customer service, a kind, patient gentleman.
