  Joey was Very professional, polite and knowledgeable! He covered everything so well and knew what he was doing! In and out of there within an hour with a new iphone and Iwatch! Was a great experience unlike some in the past! Very pleased with our customer service!

  Great customer service!! Tony answered all my questions and made an easy transition to new phone and services. Also switched to their WiFi, which so far works great, and saving a lot of money each month with Verizon services.

  Verizon's customer service has really gone downhill. All while their monthly prices continue to climb. Employees don't even know what product they sell. It's sad when a customer comes in and can tell them more about their companies products.

  Joseph at the Verizon store on Recker RD in Mesa was amazing! He is outgoing and very knowledgeable. I dread getting a new device cause it takes too long. We were in and out new phones in hand all transfers done in under an hour!!! Thank you Joseph we will be back to this store in the future for any other devices.

  He was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions and helped us with everything we needed. I was also impressed with the fact that the store was very busy and yet we were greeted and put in the queue rather than just ignored which we have experienced at other stores.
